I'm not sure if i am understanding you correctly. If you simply wish to reset your maximum stamina you can use the smapi console command "player_setmaxstamina". -

I recently added selling of the stuff you can buy from Marnie to the todo list of my mod Interaction Tweaks. I might also make furniture sellable.
