I'm playing a destruction/stealth character and wondering if flame/frost/shock cloak effect the detection such as if I'm far away and can they see me because of the light detection

make sure in the cmd it doesn't show C:\window\system32\ but instead show C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim> or D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim>
