  4. Just wondering if anyone else has/is experiencing a bug where in a New Game Plus the decoction drink/activation sound effect is missing? I noticed after starting an NG+ so I started looking into modding and uncooked the game files and compared the base game vs NG+ 'effects_mutagens.xml' files. The NG+ file has no 'onStartSound' on lines 138-165 compared to the base game version: http://i.imgur.com/KF2BJSz.png. I did a file compare using the Notepad++ plugin and this was the only difference between the files so I made a mod which simply makes the NG+ 'effects_mutagens.xml' file identical to the base game 'effects_mutagens.xml' file. I tested the mod and problem solved, NG+ decoction sound effect is back. I'm thinking of releasing the mod here but wanted to make sure it wasn't just specific to me. Perhaps someone could check their uncooked 'effects_mutagens.xml' files for me?
