I am not famous modder. But I just want to leave my comment. I will not sell my mods and upload to steam workshop. I am modding for fun. It is not for money.

Nif format is not support Substance Painter. Import nif file into Blender and export to other format. Perhaps FBX can import into Substance Painter. DDS textures can import Substance Painter. I recommend to watch official tutorial video to learn about Substance Painter.

Oscape uses textures in your data folder to generate LOD textures. So,put your landscape textures to your Skyrim data folder and run Oscape. Perhaps you can get your custum LOD textures.

I am making new world mod like you. Did you edit dimension? You had better not touch dimension. And then, perhaps you have to check horizontal orientation.
