i uninstalled fo4 again and deleted any trace of it or nexus mod on my computer,do you know if theres a softwarer i cna run to make sure theresno traces anywhere ?

hi there ! Like i tought it was my mods ,so i reinstalled the game and the mods ,tried to run it offline ( without mods and with mods) and even now i uninstalled every mod ,uninstalled Fallout4 and reinstalled it and even launched the game vanilla without internet and as soon as its on the main menu it crashes again like 4 seconds after it launched. I dont find any solution for this issue anywhere ,please help me i just wanna play the god damm game. My graphics card is up to date ,as well as my cpu ,is it some conflict with windows 10 or something ?
