  1. At first, a setup with Mod Organizer 2 was not successful...mods are not being applied. Then I went back to NMM and the problem still persist. I install the mods, everything seems fine. I noticed the problem because grass mods make grass disappear completely. Any clues of what could be the problem? To let you know, I have been modding since Oldrim and Fallout 4. Then I stopped, lately I decided to comeback and since last Sunday, I've been encountering issues after issues... Regards, Chabal EDIT: So I've noticed that mods without plugins are not being applied in game either with NMM or MO2. Mods with plugins, only textures are missing. Anyone knows what I'm missing out?
  2. What happened to the glorifying mod "Resurrection"??? It's not on the Nexus anymore.
  3. Hi there, is everyone having the same issue as I do with Nexus mod manager not removing a retexture mod completely? I have to delete the "Fallout 4\Data\textures" folder myself if I want it to be completely remove. Using the "Disable" button does not work either, nor right clicking on a mod and "uninstall from all profiles". Then I have to do it manually. What I mean by the buttons not working is it's showing that the mod has been disabled/uninstall. But in fact, the textures are still there in game and in the "Fallout 4\Data\textures\landscape" folder to be specific. I know that was an earlier issue with NMM but it is suppose to be fixed with latest updates. Is anyone relating to the same issue recently? Thanks! Chabal
  4. I believe this would be something that everyone would like to have...a status / timer for Chems displayed on the HUD. Even the one in Pip boy is not dynamic and only shows that you are using something, but not which chem precisely. If any modder would be interested in doing that, it would be appreciated. :) Thanks
  5. Hey there! I am using this mod "Tamriel Reloaded HD" and its giving me headache. lol I was using it in the past. Then suddenly, I am unable to load from a save game using TR HD. I am testing on a profile with nothing at all except SKSE and SkyUI. I am able to create a new game, then roam around Skyrim. However, when I save and quit Skyrim, then try to reload, it does not load, it ctd. Also, I've noticed that the parallax textures are f****d up. Here you can have a look: http://s5.postimg.org/tbqew6xw7/2015_10_11_00001.jpg http://s5.postimg.org/83cqerjfb/2015_10_11_00002.jpg Even if in the "enblocal.ini" file, these parameters are set to true: [FIX] FixParallaxBugs=true <--FixAliasedTextures=trueIgnoreLoadingScreen=trueIgnoreInventory=trueFixSsaoHairTransparency=trueFixTintGamma=trueRemoveBlur=falseFixSubSurfaceScattering=trueFixSkyReflection=trueFixCursorVisibility=trueFixParallaxTerrain=true <-- Does anyone has/had the same issue and know what may cause this? Because, at first I thought it was a conflict with another mod, so I tried the ELFX patch. Then I removed all other mods and still doesn't fix it.I can't believe it's a memory issue because I have 4GB vram and 16 GB RAM.I also edited the memory section for my system as follow...[MEMORY]ExpandSystemMemoryX64=falseReduceSystemMemoryUsage=trueDisableDriverMemoryManager=falseDisablePreloadToVRAM=falseEnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=falseReservedMemorySizeMb=256VideoMemorySizeMb=7736EnableCompression=trueAutodetectVideoMemorySize=false Thanks in advance! :)
  6. That clarifies some things. I like your writing. People will adapt in time. Good day.
  7. The only consideration I have, and it's not about the situation in general, is if I want to keep my load of mods updated and therefor I would have to pay for them, then it's a crazy load of money. Don't get me wrong I'm not against the fact that mod authors should be recognized. I think it's a great think like donation. However, I am use to play with over 150 mods at least...the idea to pay at least 1 USD for each in order to keep them up to date is a bit...scary. :P
  8. We, users and supporters of Nexus, are mostly aware of that matters and what should be done to protect and acknowledge mod authors. However, some people do not use the Nexus for modding Skyrim...'They' only use the Steam Workshop I'm afraid so. In that case, those people are blinded by what's really happening under the hood. I don't know if Valve/Bethesda would consider this "method" to be rethink, but for the moment it should be at least stopped for now. A donation button would be the greatest idea like the one actually implemented on the Nexus. We should do a petition and send it both to Valve and Bethesda. Not only for thieves, but I don't want to end up paying hundred if not thousands of money to keep my 300 active mods because mod authors on Nexus shuts down their work temporarily and I would have to get them from Steam... I'm also a creator on Youtube. I showcase Skyrim mods as a hobby and to give them tribute to their work. But if they are 'all' gonna hide their work (and I do understand them) this community will lose their spirit. We should all be considered and stand against that impulsive idea (implementation) from Valve. For the Nords, for Skyrim and for Tamriel...for what they have become with modding! :D I'm 100% with you Dark0ne!
  9. With my previous setup with NMM, RaceMenu was working at full potential. Now that I've migrated to Mod Organizer, everything works fine except that I cannot adjust options like Height, Head, biceps size. It's not displaying them below Weight under the slider Body. I've checked out RaceMenu page and the plugin responsible for this features is "racemenuplugin.esp", that is also included in version 3.2.0. However, even if MO is loading that plugin, no options related to that plugin is working. I've tried the "Loose base scripts" along with 3.2.0, no success. I even tried to installed it through NMM and play through MO and as I thought, does not work. RaceMenu is not even applied, only vanilla one. I'm out of clues...and no XPMS is not a solution since it's only the skeleton and some poses. Not related to this issue at all. Does anybody experience that same strange RaceMenu behavior? Thanks! :)
  10. Can you tell that are you a true Nord of Skyrim? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baeaeEchJpw Were you born in the cold mountains of Skyrim? Do you eat snow for breakfeast? Do you hunt the lands of Skyrim with your bare hands? Do you resist cold with your naked Nord skin? Do you fast travel in Skyrim? NO because you are a true NORD! (maybe sometimes tho) If you have answer yes to at least one of this question, then you may be a true nord!!! May the way of the voice be with you Dovahkiins! :D
  11. For Skyrim, multi gpu is not as efficient as a single card. That's the case for most games except for Tomb Raider 2013... Power efficiency and consumption, better performance...I would definitely go for Geforce GTX 980...that's a no brainer. Even the 970 is a god damn powerful one. However, most games don't even use the 4GB and extra cuda cores that you have in luxury with these cards. Even the 960 is very good for the price. Honestly, I do have a 970 and I believe you can't mistake with that or the 960. But if you have the bling bling for more bangs, please do you a favor and go for the 980... R9 is overrated and poor power efficiency in my opinion. Cheaper when checkout but in the long run your electricity build will increase LOL
