  1. In response to post #65625326. #65628591, #65629366, #65633256, #65644816, #65655416, #65701121, #65715056, #65716061 are all replies on the same post. I appreciate the scepticism, and I understand the frustration. However, we've put so much work into the project by this point that's there no chance that this won't come out. We're already in the last stages of content creation, essentially stopping all further content development to focus on voice acting and bug fixing.
  2. It requires XML creation. So yes it is possible with some trickery, but it is very high level modding work.
  3. Umm, sorry did you plan on "incorporating" the Frontier into your project? I'm not sure you realise you can't just "include" huge mods like that. That's not happening. . Also, you are making a far too ambitious claim to be taken seriously by anyone. Start small, learn how to use the GECK, learn how to coordinate a team then maybe people will offer their assistance. Until then, you won't get anything this grandios off the ground. Projects like FNC or Frontier have been in development for years and they are no where near as large as what you are attempting to create. Think realistically.
  4. Are you interested in joining the most ambitious and largest New Vegas DLC sized mod? The Frontier team is looking for people who are skilled at the geck, artwork, sound creation, music or anything of that caliber. We do not accept writers. If you are interested in joining the team, please PM me :)
  5. Looking pretty good so far, however you might want to start varying the terrain textures up a bit, maybe adding doing more mountains through statics and more through the terrain itself.
  6. Superhot did that not as a workaround, but because that's literally what happens in the actual game, well they get blown apart but still. When you're toying with stuff like that, you are at the whim of the physics engine and unfortunately there's really no alternative to flying bodies. Just don't make the transitions between normal time and turbo time very smooth
  7. The 4GB patch you're using is outdated, used the 4GB patcher by Roy Batty instead. Do you have New Vegas Anti Crash? Do you have any mods that are missing masters in your load order?
  8. Games will always lag after a long playthrough, and unfortunately unless you're an absolute mastermind at fixing up other peoples mods, you will run into lag problems due to inefficient scripts or even save game bloat. Also NV has really bad problems with managing memory so that's another cause as well.
  9. Two things, one, never clean the DLCS, that's a really dumb thing to do. You're probably gonna need to get the esms again. Second, are you using mod organiser or really just vanilla? Sometimes if your ini files are set to read only, your settings that you create in game will be reverted back to default, so try disabling read only mode on all your ini files.
  10. Keep up to date on the nexus as much as possible. I'd always recommend going through the different categories and seeing what looks good to you. Never fear to experiment with stuff, that's how you find stuff you'll like. Good luck and have fun :)
  11. Sometimes I've found that if the geck isin't running as admin, scripts won't save or compile. Try running as admin.
  12. Generate LOD using tes4ll, takes less time to generate than the geck and will give you desired results
  13. Wrong place for this I believe. Unless you're doing it for New Vegas, you're better off looking in the creation kit forums
