Ini tweak inumthread(?) to 5 and download the newest enb (v.202 i think). The newest enb is suppose to barrow from ram a bit more. Maybe even enbboost.

I am having issues with getting my OBSE to load and was wondering if anyone knows why and how to fix this. I am running it on WIN 8 with morroblivion, sweetfx, and matzo's enb installed . I suspect the enb DLL (injector) be the culprit, however;simply removing all the enb files didn't work. I've tried deleting my ini files, verifying cache and running oblivion as admin without any luck. obse logs still empty. I'm able to play morroblivion but without the silent script so it' really hard to read the texts. Has anyone run into this problem before?

Try deleting your INI file in your user folder. Make a copy.

Try copying your NVSE related dll files into your exes folder.

If you're running the latest version of 4gb, you can try putting the dll file into the 'exes' folder. I actually had to throw both the nvse dll file and the d3d9 (enb) dll file in to the exes folder to make it all work.
