  1. Ok, so far it works. Thank you so much! One last question though. I'm trying to change the navmesh for Breezehome and I had to use the method you described in your first reply. How would this act with other mods that modify the navmesh? Will it cause AI bugs, or crash the game? Right now, I can see that Lydia get's stuck in the upper room because she tries to get to the stairs through the wall next to the bed in her room. I know that's probably my fault, and it probably has something to do with the "preferred pathing" thing. Anyway, thanks again! Meatbagwammo
  2. Unfortunately I don't have any backups of the .esp I was working on. :( So if I start from scratch, do I just make a new navmesh, or add more verts to the exiting one? Sorry for my severe lack of knowledge. Thanks, Meatbagwammo
  3. Hey, thanks for your help. However, my computer crashed while in the middle of following your advice and corrupted the .esp. :wallbash: How would I go about starting from scratch? Thanks again, sorry for the late reply. Meatbagwammo
  4. Hey everyone, I'm having a problem while altering a previously existing navmesh. I'm trying to make a Hearthfire compatible version of a mod for it's author and every time I finish and save the .esp, I notice that it has a different ID then the old one. Last time I attempted this, I kept checking periodically to make sure that it had the same ID. After a while I just finished up the navmesh and didn't pay attention to it until I was done. I'm not sure if this happens when I save the .esp, or if it happens sometime while I'm altering the navmesh. I'm relatively new to modding, and I think it's safe to say that I have no idea how navmeshes are handled in Skyrim. :hurr: Thanks, Meatbagwammo
  5. I found a problem that causes CTDs when entering Breezehome when you have Hearthfire installed. I uploaded an esp that should fix the CTDs, and I tried it with several mods that modify Breezehome. Here it is: Breezehome-Hearthfire CTD fix It works with "Breezehome Open Windows II" (and the other mods from it's author), every lighting fix I tried, Dovakin's Hideout, Castle Orlok (confirmed by it's author), and more. So far everyone that tried it has told me it worked!
