  1. Thank you! I didn't think such a small thing would be so fiddly. I've experimented with the script of MQ101, and I achieved the desired change by editing the variable ClothesPrisoner to call a different clothing item. I think that this is the smallest alteration I can make that has the desired result. I tried removing the .esp without restoring my script backups, and it doesn't seem to have any negative effects during the opening sequence. Is there something I should watch for down the line?
  2. Thanks, but that's not quite what I was looking for. I'm trying to change the clothes that the Player is wearing at the start of a new game to something other than the Roughspun Tunic. Changing the Actor > Player > DefaultOutfit does not appear to have any effect on what the player is wearing at character creation.
  3. So, I'm working on my first mod, nothing to complicated, just a simple replacer to get my feet wet in the Creation Kit and Blender. However, I want to include a change to the starting clothing so I can see the fruits of my labor immediately on starting a new game. The thing is, I can't figure out how to change the starting equip. I've tried tinkering with it on my own, and tried looking through another mod that changes the starting outfit, but I can't seem to get the desired result, or any result. Can someone point me in the right direction?
