Greetings, this is my first post so if there is some sort of etiquette I did not follow please let me know, thanks. I have been trying to design a balance mod for Morrowind's races for a while now. One of the problems I keep running into is with the beast races. I want to balance for their lack of shoes and full face helmets but I do not want to just add a standard ability. One of my ideas was to increase the base hand to hand damage for them but it doesn't seem like this is possible. Does anyone have any other ideas.
