Sparrowings

So there are a lot of great mods for clothing and armor modders have extracted from other games for Skyrim such as The Witcher 3, Dragon Age, etc. I got the idea I wanted to convert some of the Sims Medieval textures and meshes for Skyrim use (provided they give me permission to use it). Is there a tutorial I can use somewhere? I'm still pretty new to modding and I use GIMP to edit my dds files. Thank you!

ah42 made a patch for Frsotfall where the temperatures changed according to the seasons, where you would have warmer temps in the summer and cooler temps in the winter. However, he has not been back for a while and since the release of Frostfall 3.0.1 the patch no longer works. I was hoping someone could update the patch to work with the new Frostfall?
