  2. Thank you for the reply! I guess people will just need to use an extra .esp for the addon in that case, unless it's a type of .esp that can be merged. Oh well, just as long as the mod can be shared :)

I created an addon for my use for Dreogan's Ebonsteel Dragonbone armour found here - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24941 My addon adds a Dragonscale heavy shield which I colourised to match his textures. It uses his cubemap and .esp assets from the original mod to look consistent however the texture work is my original creation. His files are not included in my mod.zip and require his original mod to work. The zip does include the edited but original .esp file so that my changes are implemented. Does that count as a copywrite violation? image example https://imgur.com/a/gJkXfPF I've sent Dreogan a message several months ago to ask permission to post the addon or if he'd want to post it on his mod page but I haven't gotten a reply and neither has he read the message. Is there a rule somewhere on the nexus regarding how to navigate this situation? I don't want to heckle him or anything but I'd also like to share my work as a nice alternative to the regular shield :tongue: I've checked the guidelines here https://help.nexusmods.com/article/28-file-submission-guidelines but I just want to ask the community first before doing anything as I'm very uncertain about where the line is drawn here. I will of course give proper credit where it is due. Kind regards to this community and I hope I'm not doing anything wrong here xD

I've installed Deadly Mutilation correctly as it was working fine before I installed Kace Auto Loot 2 but then I noticed that after I made a kill that become mutilated, a split second later one of the bugs would occur when the character had invisible legs or the armor glitches out or the head explodes before coming back again. I'm presuming this is because the auto looting makes the armor bug out some how? Has anybody experienced this and can confirm it or knows of a fix? I'd really appreciate it to get these mods working happy like:) I'll attach my mod list if anybody want's to check it out.
  5. To anyone who's played this - Is this mod worth getting in terms of lore friendliness and adding to the immersive feel of the game? Also, is it playable or does it introduce game breaking bugs and lag? I checked the posts about it briefly and it seemed to be a stream of lag and bug issues. I'd rather hear what the experience was from you guys. I have a GTX 780 ti and i7-4770 so if anyone can compare their experience on those kind of specs I would appreciate it:) Also, does that new 'More dramatic alduin' retexture work along with it? I'll be interested to hear what you guys say :)
  6. I've delayed the reinstall - too busy at university - but yeah I do use boss and Talos bless whoever made it! I do get the feeling that sometimes boss doesn't do the load order right for certain mods so I'll check out CoT and RLO's load order when I get around to the install.
  7. I didn't consider the load order, I'm sure that may be what's causing it. And yeah, it looks like it does in that screenshot but I'd be lucky to see that many clouds. I did notice that I've been having other graphic problems thereafter so it may be an symptom of that. I'm doing a fresh install in the near future and I'll keep this in mind, thank you!
  8. Hi I'm using real clouds - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39450/? - and it appears to not be working correctly. The clouds appear very dark and gray instead of white and appear in small clumps during the day around the edge of the horizon. Has anyone met the problem and fixed it? Also, I'm using climates of Tamriel and Realistic lighting which is perhaps incompatible? Any help would be cool :)
  9. That is some sounds advice. It works now :D Thank you! I had to start a new game and load the mod afterwards in an interior which I didn't think was necessary but it seems it is.
  10. Hi everyone :) I really really like the deadly mutilation mod but despite my best efforts I cannot get it to work. Does anyone know of a sure fire way to install it properly without any of those disappearing legs and armour bugs? Or, maybe by some miracle, there's an alternative version I've never heard of that I could use? I would actually also like to know if it's possible to customize it so that only the limbs and heads will be affected without anything to do with the armours so that I can avoid that bug. What I've done till now: Installed the core mod Installed the mesh pack for CBBE installed the compatibility skeletons I don't understand why it won't work :/ Any help would be greatly appreciated!
  11. Hi guys I'm trying to make a cool Half-Orc lady paladin character and I want to give her a normal mouth because those tusks are not to my liking. Is there any combination of race mods that can achieve this? I have a suspicion that Racemenu, race + and chargen extension could help me in this but I wan't to make certain of this for my fresh installation so that I don't need to troubleshoot. On the side, how does one get body tattoos? Thanks for any replies ^^
  12. First time around I went with Ralof by accident and he was cool, I liked his personality although I can't remember much about him now. The second time around I went with Hadvar and he was cool enough but in the quest line he freaked me out because he seemed to take a lot of joy from anticipating the killing of Stormcloaks.
  13. Hi Guys When you download a mod manually and select from the normal servers - is it better to choose from one with more users or less? Does it in anyway effect the rate of download? Thanks for any replies ^^
