  1. Thank you for responding RedRocketTV. I am not very advanced with these tools as I'm fairly new with them. My level of "expertise" is simply drag and drop and modifying values in Xedit. I must have watched Trossky's video 5 times in it's entirety to get this far with the little bit of understanding I have. I've located this so far from what you were talking about, but creating the new material swap under the Misc. section and then applying it to that reference is where I am getting lost. (Photo below) Is there any chance you would be willing to provide a more detailed account of how to complete the steps your mentioned? I know it's a lot but again I appreciate any help just to get me in the right direction. I just read the wiki and watched a video about material swaps but it doesn't seem to apply to what you are mentioning to do. So I am quite lost...
  2. Question for all you knowledgeable fellows. I’m attempting to precombine the mod Better Goodneighbour, the concept has worked perfectly IF smooth FPS is only considered. But one problem remains for me, I'll explain. I’ve followed the steps, I load the mod as active *Done* Then I “Precombined geometry for current cell” to all desired cells. *Done* Then Generate precombined visibility for all loaded cells. *Done* I then save over the original esp, followed by saving the archive which is two files due to the added textures. One I label MODNAME – Main, the second MODNAME – Textures. Make sure I switch back to my original Data folder so any files the creation kit has modified will not be used. Load up the mod and voila, smoother FPS! But here is the problem I’m having with textures (see below). Several of them seem to be battling for supremacy. Upon inspecting the file in Xedit I’ve noticed that most textures effected are actually part of the “Material Swap” in the esp. (Photo of FO4 Edit below) Does precombining effect material swaps? Is there another way for me to perform these swaps in order for them to be included properly in the precombine? Any helpful information is appreciated. (Some words on what I’ve tried. I’ve tried removing the original textures and materials folders and relying purely on the BA2 Files I created, also tried the opposite and leaving them. Same problem persists. I’ve utilized a separate esp as a patch and left the original mod intact and same problem.) On a side note I am also experiencing some disappearing walls that have been added by the mod which are reverting to vanilla upon getting close. But I figure one problem at a time. PHOTOS
  3. Well I'm attempting to run this to increase my fps, but I am unable to change my resolution for windowed mode through the launcher. My native screen resolution is 1920X1080, my only available options below http://i.imgur.com/49w0zIT.jpg I then modify Skyrim Prefs and change the resolution manually, then when I try to run it after manually editing it the game window is WAY to large and the corners of it our outside of the screen. I'm unable to even see the game options... I used to be able to select all of the options in windowed mode prior to upgrading my PC and now with the new GPU for some reason the option is not available. I've tried..... 1. Deleting all .ini files 2. Deleting entire Skyrim Pref folder from my documents 3. A fresh install If anyone has any tips or ideas that might work please let me know. Skyrim runs fine in full-screen at 1920x1080, not sure why I'm having so much trouble with windowed mode.
  4. Bumping as another person dealing with these bugs. Lip sync is off by a few seconds, as well as no more blinking. The odd time NPC's eyes roll in the back of their heads while talking to them as well all of this is new with the latest patch. Has anyone heard any official comments on the issues or anything? I can not even get into playing anymore it's far to immersion breaking for me. Like I'm watching a Japanese film.
