Getting that sweet game! hehe xD

Hello guys I need some help with a problem of mine , which is as you could guess from the tile , that im having crashes to the desktop when im fast traveling or using the carriage , after maybe 20 hours of playing. The problem first showed up as i wanted to travel to Markarth - as soon as the loading screen of fast traveling ended i could possibly do a few steps before crashing to the desktop without leaving any kind of message.I tried it out on Whiterun aswell , where the same happens.
