Just load the mod you are patching in xEdit and then copy as overwrite the original records from Oblivion.esm into your patch that you want to "undelete". That will create ITM records from Oblivion.esm that will overwrite the deleted records from the other mod when you load your mod later in the load order.

It's always safe and recommended to clean UDRs. It is usually safe to clean ITMs unless they are intentional, which is the case for patches and mods like Supreme Magicka and OOO. You don't want to clean an intentional ITM. But if BOSS or LOOT is recommending to clean a mod then it is most likely safe to clean it.

You should be able to just load it in the new CK when it becomes available and then save it. But then you will want to check it with the new xEdit since the record structure of Skyrim has changed somewhat.

Has there been any word on when Rebuilt will be ready? The 1.1 version is no longer available and I sort of want to install AWLS, but it is recommended to install Rebuilt first if you are going to install it. I suppose Bain could handle that by adjusting install order. But ideally I'd just like to install Rebuilt, make sure everything is working there, and then add in AWLS.
