  1. I'll start: Sometimes police vehicles will drive by completely demolished, as in a burned out wreck, no wheels, no doors or windows of any kind. Just rolling down the road. Those NCPD are hard core! Hit a vehicle so of course the first star kicked off. Over the radio I heard the typical "A problem in so and so." Then I heard "I swear to God if it's Eurodyne again!" lol
  2. I've played and replayed CP2077 a s#*! load of times, and the one gig where you collect an implant eye back from Tyger Claws always stumps me. She calls to tell me that wasn't top work. I've tried that gig wholly different ways from pure stealth with NO ONE even detecting me to everything else. WHAT is her "satisfaction" factor here? Just bad design imo. Either the correct call is supposed to trigger and it doesn't or someone at CDPR failed at this one. What do you all think?
  3. They aren't broken. Just regular melee weapons like hammers, etc. I open my inventory and they're not there. I always get other types of weapons, but melee seems hit or miss maybe even 50/50. The HUD doesn't suggest they're being broken down automatically, so doubly sure they're not broken. Post PL, lots of oddities in this update.
  4. Been going back a few times, dropping off the egg, showering for the buff, sleeping . . . or rather TRYING to do some of those things but there is no interaction available in some places where there should be; new game post PL. The radio also does not allow me to turn it off or change channels - no interactions points at all. However, the computer, the stash, the wardrobe, the window, and the vending machine do work.
  5. Not that it is a big thing, but in my new game post 2.0/PL, I noticed the TV's audio and video are no longer syncing and sometimes the audio plays in parts and the video is at a dead stop. I remember that being a thing at launch, but hadn't seen it since. Looks like it might be back.
  6. Nice! Then I think I'll change my thread to be a request. For any downtime messages like in the notification drop down for example, link to the status page. That'll get the info out and provide a user experience all in one.
  7. It's been quite a while since notifications were 'down for maintenance', or at least that's what that panel says. Still true? IF not, fix?
  8. Even if it did exist there isn't an option to actually give her books. There's a brief interaction about creds, but that isn't a book. Lost opportunity by Bethesda -- could have easily given her books, but they didn't want to. re: blackholes, if only, but no. Standard plasma physics more than adequately describes the plasma z-pinch at the center of stars and at the center of galaxies, the z-pinch being the reason for stars and galaxies at all. You can even recreate the phenomenon at our scale in plasma labs, and first year students do it all the time. No magic blackholes needed, sorry Steven.
  9. They do nothing of the sort atm. They need a little bit of twinkle. Just so you might notice. Cause immersion.
  10. I only did a quick scan of your reply Zorkaz first time around, downloaded Rad, did the movie, saw that .bk2 was a license. Ouch. Then I went back to reread the full comment, and thank goodness you said to rename it. Works like a charm. I have also used MultiXWM before, so the sound portion was easily done. I'm all set now!
  11. The whole kit. What tools do I need to make videos at all, then how to convert. Everything from nuts to bolts.
  12. Can someone point me to tutorials on how to make an intro video?
  13. The Minutemen (Radiant) Squads mod author gave permission in the Posts sticky for anyone to take up the mod. The mod works wonderfully with one exception, and that exception solves the one real failed portion. You can recruit up to three squads by talking to the mod-added NPC (Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie companies). If the user doesn't make them Essential they can die off during missions you send them on. A squad with a few dead members can have new recruits by talking again to the NPC (Master Serjeant). However, IF the squad dies entirely there is no way to recruit any members into the squad or even just recruit a new squad (Delta, for example). Being able to recruit members into a wholly dead squad is precisely the single fix. The code exists apparently as you can recruit new members into an existing still alive squad. Where that interaction takes place is by talking to the NPC, under Situation dialogue choice. The wholly dead squad no longer appears in the list, and makes it impossible to recruit into the squad. If that part worked, the mod would be fully realized. Obviously the user can just make them Essential, but if the user wants a more organic approach then that functionality needs fixed or restored or whatever. Who wants to take up the call for the Minutemen! Imagine functional squads doing the radiant and defend quests! Imagine those squads ranking up (as is now), and new recruits filling in the ranks or being the whole new squad! Imagine being the damn General and not Preston's foot soldier. Uncle Sam Needs You! Please. And thanks. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/44355
  14. As stated, making changes to the original ini files is being completely reset each time I open Vortex. That's the reason for my post. In another Discord discussion it was confirmed that Vortex might do that, and working as intended. Because of that I stopped using Vortex.
  15. Nexus/Vortex team have already confirmed that Vortex does exactly what we described in a discussion on their Discord.
