On a clean fresh install of Oblivion (only mods are skip tutorial) I get a CTD EVERY time on the road from Kvatch to Anvil (a few steps past the intersction of the road to Kvatch) when using UOP hotfix 325 or 326. Only solution was to use UOP 320 ONLY. Never tried from Anvil to Skingrad. I figure it is just one of those things that someone will figure out somewhere down the road. I have Win7 Pro 64 bit ATI 4850 video card with latest drivers.
