  1. Loromotion

    Hiya

The names Loromotion. I'm from California, and I've been obsessed with FO3, FNV, TESIII, IV, and V ever since they first came out. I figure that since the Nexus has been an increasingly useful tool for modding these incredible games and extending their replayabilty, I thought introducing myself wouldn't hurt. This isn't my first post, IIRC, I made a post on a Mod Idea forum here somewhere about restructuring Skyrim's Perk system to be more like Oblivion's, but I don't I think I developed the idea enough to be of any interest. I am a little green in writing in these sorts of forums, so I apologize for any newbishness on my part and would be appreciable to enlightenment.
  2. Basically, I want it to be that you get a perk point at the same 4 skill level increments in oblivion. In TES4, oblivion, each skill gives special abilities, such as the ability to dodge roll in acrobatics, better damage in a standing attack, such as in blades, or the ability to use stronger spells with any magic skill, all of which are given at 4 mastery levels: 25, 50, 75, and 100(apprentice, journeyman, expert, master). This is similar to the way Skyrim does it, especially in regards to magic, except that the abilities are unlocked from perk points, which you get from leveling up, which, in my opinion, does not happen often enough. But that's not all. I want it so that you can only spend that perk point in that skill, so that you don't just level up one skill to upgrade another. If this were done, You couldn't underperform in a skill you've passively leveled up to level 50(like lockpicking), by then you would atleast have the first two perk points. Then, if you decide to focus your perk points you got from leveling up on that skill, then you wouldn't have to waste two perk points. I apologize if this is already a mod, I've searched in the nexus, both vanilla and se, for something like this, but no such luck.
