  1. I don't really want to "push" this mod too hard, but given that it's something easily buried underneath everything else out there, I thought I'd share it here on the forums with the release of Volume 2. I hope to find a small niche and to keep this project going, but I fear without extra steps it has virtually no chance of survival. Also, keep in mind that it doesn't need to be limited to loading screens! You can use these photos for whatever you'd like, be it wallpapers, artwork, or as a resource for your own mod! :) Kit's Photo Gallery - Custom Loading Screens Thank you for your time!
  2. EDIT: I still have no idea what was going on, but it's seemingly been fixed and may have been an issue with ENB.
  3. Okay, to be fully honest... YouTube originally told me this was too long, and so I had to "verify" my account and re-upload it... I had no intention of doing so. For whatever reason, I decided to go ahead and do just that tonight, especially since FFXIV was down for maintenance. There really is nothing special about it overall -- outside of my own nostalgia -- but since this thread exists and I can't delete it, I'm going to bump it regardless. I even considered editing it a bit here and there, but decided against it. It just "is what it is" at this point, deaths and poor gameplay to boot. I was still pretty new to the overhauled third person gameplay myself, and therefore basically sucked at it. Edit: As of 2:11 am CST, it's still processing and only the 360p version is available. The original video is 1440, so I'd recommend waiting for that if you come across this early... although 1080 should be mostly fine as well.
  4. If I'm not mistaken, I can't delete my post, so while I don't even really care to share this anymore -- the upload got interrupted last night anyway, and will take a while to finish -- I'm going to share it anyway. It's roughly 16 minutes of my last "beta" Load Order before I finished up and went with my "live" LO, which I'm still using. While not a lot changed, just enough did that this feels like a snapshot in time for me and I really like how the game looked at that time. I especially liked the Dark Souls font, but there were a few issues with it that I couldn't overlook. Only reason I tried sharing it last night is because I've been cleaning up my "Game DVR" (what I call my game clip/caps folder) and re-watched chunks of it. I still rather like it. Not sure what I expect to hear, if anything at all, but if you do watch it... cool. Feel free to share your thoughts. Anyway, it's still uploading, so I'll bump this thread when it's finished processing.
  5. *shrug* All I know is that enabling Steam Overlay again fixed the problem, and was literally the only thing I had to do.
  6. That's fair, but SSE Fixes was updated more recently than the Mods Enabler anyway. It wouldn't hurt to give it a try if all else fails. I just looked and apparently Achievements Mods Enabler doesn't work anymore anyway, and if SSE Fixes isn't doing the trick, then SSE Engine Fixes should... and being that SSE Engine Fixes is loaded as part of the Plugin Preloader, I'm especially lost on why it isn't working. There seems to be no legitimate reason why the achievements shouldn't be unlocking. UPDATE: I figured it out! Was even more simple than I thought. I'd disabled Steam Overlay a while back (for whatever reason) and apparently that was the only issue. Never would've thought it would also disable achievements. Sorry for the stupidity.
  7. I do not, and that mod specifically says you don't need it if you're using "SSE Fixes," which I'm already using. I've already created a new shortcut directly to the skse_loader to see if that might solve the problem, but I've yet to test it. Beyond that, I'm not sure what else to try. My saves aren't marked as modded, so the only thing I can think of is that the game isn't communicating with Steam that the achievements have unlocked -- hence why I'm thinking it has something to do with launching through MO2 or that the plugin preloader (or other such SKSE plugin) is interrupting that communication.
  8. PROBLEM SOLVED: I had simply disabled Steam Overlay a while back, which broke achievements as well. I had no idea! Leaving this here for anyone who might also overlook this simple thing.
  9. They did. Not sure when, but they've been separate since I moved from Xbox to PC. I'm sure the current state of Modern Armors wouldn't bother me too much if I only played a male character, but I like to play both, and it simply looks awful on female characters -- well, at least the harnesses and holsters do. I've learned some new things about modding recently, though, so maybe I can use a few of the armor sets offered on Nexus and try to release them into the wild with LLs.
  10. I'm using the latest version of Modern Firearms, but it doesn't include any of the armor that the Xbox version did, hence why I'm trying to find something similar. As far as I can tell, it just simply doesn't exist. :'( Edit: Actually, they do have a "Modern Armors" mod on their site, but from the description it's very much in an early beta state. I also highly doubt it comes equipped with bodyslide files... but now that you mention it, I might as well download it and see what state it's in. Edit 2: Yeah, looks like I'm definitely still on the market for something similar, but I might just have to compromise in the end.
