what I would want to see is a mod that allows the character to float around like the vampire lord without having to be one. I tried using the flying mod but didn't like that i could fly through everything including the ground and the levitation spell mod but it didn't have the desired effect. It should be a toggle power and allow for use with all spells. Thank you to anyone who wants to take this on.

targeting what? does it only work if he's absorbing the dragon souls?
