  1. Information: This is a paid commission, you will receive compensation for your time, quality and effort for this project. Job: I am looking for someone to create an outfit for Fallout New Vegas. I have a Helmet that has already been done, it just needs the texture work done for it. In terms of specially what will need doing, creating an outfit in Blender, picture links provided.   2. Can someone make a 2020 video on this, as I followed what you put and the links you posted, the downloads don't exsist, and from what I have found on Google are not the correct ones. Please do this for Windows 10, thank you A video is much easier to make than having to write hundreds of lines for yourself, you just made more work for yourself becuase you are just going to get people like me say, "It does not work" anyway. VIDEO PLEASE!

  4. Scrap Everything provides the ini edits as an option for people who want to use mods like Conquest and scrap anywhere and everywhere. It works fine without it (at least in vanilla settlement bounds), because it is very easy to apply those changes on a per cell (or per 3x3 cell grid for Previs). Spring Cleaning only gives the ini option because it hasn't been updated since before the Cell Reset bug was fixed by Bethesda. That bug meant that any plugin that touched a cell and didn't have the ESM flag would cause the Cell to reset all the time (including things like containers and power armor). SC also has an ESM version, but as an ESM it is very easy for a later mod to undo the breaking of precombineds/previs by touching that cell in a way that doesn't break precombineds/previs. I put a ton of warnings on the ini options*, but a lot of people ignore them and then complain about the problems I warned about, so I am making them a separate download next update. That way I have proof that they used them. Honestly, if someone wants to use a mod like Conquest and be able to scrap anywhere, I would recommend using Geth7n's mod. Either the plugin or the script, making sure that it only gets applied to exterior cells. If you use mods that rely on Cell edits (like some lighting/sound mods), I recommend a combination of the two (Geth7n's plugin loading before them, with the script applied to those so that you get the affects of both. *among other things, disabling previs in interior cells re-enables room bounds and portals, and Bethesda did a very lazy, half-assed job on them for FO4 since they are not used unless you break previs), resulting in many things (like the elevator) being invisible unless viewed from the right spot Some people just lack a brain when it comes to performing the most basic things, don't let it get to you.

N To clarify, I wasn't intending my offer of giving money to their patreon to be based on a monetary factor for the specific mod request, but as a sign of gratitude. much like you see how some mods that you try to download, pop a window asking if you wanted to donate money to them. Still not allowed. You cannot offer monetary compensation even by donation for a mod. That is illegal. The donation on the nexus is in a grey area and that popup is only allowed as Robin Scott asked if he could after the paid modding flop and Beth said okay. That is as far as it can go.No it's not you dam tool! You can commission a mod if someone is creating assets for you. How do you think games are made? fOr fREe?

I have made some headway in people able to play as NPC characters, but I am having an issue with turning the player character into Sordahon as I have only managed to find the Cutscene skin file instead of the NPC model. Does anyone know where it it located at (I have not found it in the NPC files). If you have it, please can you send it. Otherwise this is what he looks like (With a floating Mace and Shield).

Yeah the last post was removed because of it, but this new thread has no mention of payment whatsoever, so that is why I started a new one, but the last thread was pulled, I did not delete it, and it is only against the rules if I have multiple threads of the same thing opened. This is the only thread about this mod I have up so I am not breaking any rules. But thank you for being interested in the this armour mod, I really do want it made, and it would be great if someone with the skill could make it.

If anyone here is able to make some custom armour and weapons, and has done so before for Skyrim, If so, I would like to ask you if you could make a set of armour and a one handed sword for use in Skyrim. Someone who has had some experience in 3D modeling would be needed as you will be creating a full set of armour and a weapon. Please message me if you are interested. Many thanks. If you want to do some research before messaging me back on what type of armour I want added to Skyrim, it is Sordahon's armour, and his blue fiery sword from the game Two Worlds 2.
