i checked your mods again. it seems that only thing that touches animations is Animated Dragon Wings (& maybe More Draconic Dragon Aspect). try to disable/uninstall them and see what happens. or try to install Fores New Idles in Skyrim - FNIS. it adds a lot of new animations. maybe it will fix yours... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11811/?but i still think that easiest way is to reinstall it all. i hope you will fix it soon :)

hmm... if it happens even with a new game, its one of the mods you are using. or maybe it is caused by some old mod that you uninstalled and forgot about it, but some files still stayed there. best thing to do is uninstalling all mods and the game (dont forget to delete all files in your progfilesx86/steam/steamapp/common/SKYRIM folder) and try fresh install. i see that you are running a lot of mods (me too... 150+ mods :D) so try to install mods in "groups". for example only 10 mods at once. and always check if everything is working. its easier to test which one is causing problems this way. before you do this, can you please upload your savegame somewhere? (if its not against the nexus rules) i would like to take a look at it.

something similar happend to me, when i uninstalled Real Wildlife mod. everything was working, but animals were not moving, they were just standing and making noises... uninstalation of RW (which is by the way very nice mod) totally destroyed their animations. i managed to fix the savegame with "Save game script cleaner by Hadoram" http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? open savetool.exe -> open your savegame -> click List active -> click Fix script instances -> click Fix all -> click Save (it will create new savegame + backup of your old savegame) i did it like this and i worked :D maybe you will need to use only the "Fix all" button. oh, and if you think its a loadorder problem try this tool instead of BOSS http://loot.github.io/you can check out Gorphers video to see how the LOOT looks like :smile: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzoyWugzZAw&feature=kp
