When feudal kings faced such problem they declared war on some neighbor, and converted manpower into new lands and spoils of war. xD

That is current graphic settings you have, not the default developer presets i was asking about.

I can not find where the default graphic preset settings (low, medium, high, etc.) are stored, would like to change them to my own versions and switch as i need them.
