  1. Alright, so I've looked all over the place and haven't found anything similar to my problem. What happened was, I was just happily in Whiterun, about to steal Heimskr's ruby (hee hee), and quicksaved beforehand just in case the pickpocket attempt failed. Well, I decided to take everything in one go, which decided to fail near the end. So, I tried to quickload, and... surprise, CTD. I thought nothing of it, had been playing a long time that day and figured that it was just some bug or other from running the game for a long time. I went to start the game back up at the quicksave, CTD. Went to start the game back up at my actual save, CTD. All three autosaves, CTD. I then deleted the quicksave and autosaves and tried to load the save, again CTD. My other saves work just fine, it's just this one that has a problem. None of my mods have ever caused a problem before, they haven't caused a problem with this save or any other before. Other (possibly) relevant information: -the Courier had just run up to me and slapped me with an inheritance moments before the fateful quicksave/load -My horse was in Whiterun with me(I have a mod that lets me store junk on my horse and I needed to sell some of that junk) Oh, and my computer specs are fine. Runs the game like a charm at max settings. It's just that my main save file that I have passionately fallen in love with decided to bork itself right on the day I started playing Skyrim again. Jerk. Can anyone help?
