There's a mod for that

I tested this for Atlas Rises and the loading times were not improved at all, so it's better waiting with it than without. Stuttering is due to the background game computations, not to the intro itself.

So site will be renamed vortexmods.com ? joking but yeah, it seems "game manager" and site bringing it (and mods to go along ! ) are not linked so strongly anymore.
