Thatâs the thing if I run it from the launcher vortex changes the deployment method to mobile deployment

Yah I do in the game however itâs saying itâs not loaded so Iâm confused

So I checked it the file system is NTFS it just seems that if I open the game through the F4SE launcher it weirdly changes the deployment to mobile and I canât tell why, however if I open it through vortex it still doesnât work

What if it then tells me my file system no longer supports hard link?

So hardlink appears but the "apply" button is grayed out now?

Okay so when I went to do your suggestion I was told Vortex need to update so I let it and now its telling me the new directory for mods is {USERDATA}\{game}\mods, I did try to see if this fixed the issue and it still didn't so here's the logs again: Vortex log (https://controlc.com/ec2b6b90), Vortex log 1 (https://controlc.com/b70d75fb) the logs 3-4 aren't working on pastebin sorry!

Every time I download the mod Transfer Settlements for Fallout 4 Vortex automatically changes the mod deployment method from hard link to move deployment and I don't understand why it's doing this or how I can fix this? Here's the logs:

How do I send the logs?

I keep trying to get hard-link on vortex, but every time I think I have it I go to play the game (in this case Fallout 4) and it reverts back to move development please help me I don't understand what's going on!
