  1. You're actually unable to see the inherent contradiction in this? Bethesda could shut down SKSE instantly, any time they wanted, but instead they provide preview copies so that their bug fixes cause as little issue as possible. And from this you conclude that they are actively trying to destroy the modding community? This is why the conspiracy nut crowd in modding is worthless. I seriously doubt Beth is intentionally trying to screw modders or any of that nonsense. What I don't understand is why they are making any changes at all to a ten year old game. There is certainly little money in it. Why not put out something new that will make them real money.
  2. I agree with the general sentiment, if your game is working well, don't update. A great many mods will not work in AE and likely never will, as the authors are long gone. The additional few things added by AE are not worth the hassle IMHO. I did update, accidentally, and now I'm stuck redoing my entire load order (which in my case isn't a bad thing since I really needed to "cull the herd") and it's a big pain in the buttocks.
  3. Good lord, Again? Can't they just leave this game alone? And the wait for an SKSE update starts once more......
  4. Very interesting and insightful. Great look into the mind of a master artist and designer.
  5. Well, we're due for a new overhaul mod. I like Requiem and Skyre but they are getting older and don't have the support they once did. A new Overhaul mod could be a welcome addition if done properly. I'll be watching for this.
  6. I'm not color blind and I wouldn't mind a bit more variation in the colors.
  7. I appreciate all the efforts your team has made to enhance these games and look forward to your efforts in Fallout 4.
  8. I keep getting an error message You don't have permission to access /FS/Libs/Common/Managers/Downloads on this server I can download using NMM okay, just no manual DLs. I have never had any issues downloading in the past, what's up?
  9. I also bought Skyrim new as well as the DLCs and I think I paid full price or nearly so. I have many thousands of hours both playing and adding/deleting/testing mods, all extremely enjoyable. I can't have paid more than penny an hour for all that entertainment. Same for Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
  10. I had a few problems, slow load screen and such but compared to some of the issues before the upgrade, this has been a dream. I have no complaints thus far.
  11. In response to post #15544105. #15545985, #15546020, #15551530, #15551695 are all replies on the same post. Likewise, those hackers will get an equal and opposite reaction to being jerks, hopefully. Maybe run over by a train or something....
