  1. Is it possible, or is there a setting already, to have it where even if a mod is deleted or made private, that the name of the mod still appears? It is rough going back to a game and looking for what mods I need/were using and seeing only that there is a deleted file doesn't help.
  2. Nevermind I misunderstood Still their website has a news update http://skse.silverlock.org/ "We are creating SKSE64 for the new 64-bit Special Edition. We appreciate your patience while work continues. Currently we don't have a estimated time frame for a beta release of SKSE64. Above is our latest video update." It does confirm that work is still being done and given from the posts from devs in this thread regarding how different the mechanisms for how SKSE works, I think its still a ways off. Unless someone has some sort of sorcerers technique
  3. I have been having this same issue as well I have a feeling maybe its related to UNP, but I saw in the Imerious races of skyrim changelog it mentions that USSEP alters the head-meshes for vampires, so maybe that's the issue?
  4. Shame that there have been issues. Is it possible to post what is already made up so that it can be beta-tested?
  5. Can the same be done for OBSE, if it hasn't already?
  6. Considering that most gave credit to the author and involved mainly tweaks to allow it to work on the new engine, I don't see the point of the controversy behind this.
  7. I know plenty of people who think that men cannot be raped without wanting to be raped, but that's not the point. In a lot of countries, there is a heavy stigma against rape victims, especially more traditional countries. Japan is a good example, minus all the rape jokes, since most go unreported and the burden is on the woman who was raped rather than the man. Its such a problem that women ride on separate train-cars. In the United States, all of the police officers and all of the doctrine I have seen related to criminal justice are understanding of what rape is and the trauma that it causes. Not that there are not those who think otherwise, but I don't imagine it being condoned in any legal sense that the woman brought upon herself unless that is the direction the defense wants to go. As for the original post, the United Nations hasn't done anything to help Africa. Black Hawk Down and Somalia was destabilized by United Nation stupidity, and all of these genocides occur because there is no oversight. There is no civilization in Africa, on the whole, and it is a tribal mindset. I remember reading about Yugoslavia, which is different but its worth noting that the mentality is that rape, destruction of villages, and so on, are facts of life and part of that culture. Its how things are done there. Ethically, its wrong, and cultural relativism be damned, but politically, there is no real way to reverse that mindset. If you look at it, the French Foreign Legion owes most of its success to being just as big of a male without a father as it needs to be to get the job done. Blackjack Pershing pacified the Philippines with methods that would be considered war-crimes today, but he believed that terrorists did not deserve rights since they are in the business of taking rights away and he felt, and was probably right, that terrorists only understand and respect violence. There is no other solution then to show them, with absolute certainty, that it will not be tolerated and that the responses will be immediate and brutal. Don't quote me on Blackjack, since I might get his view wrong, however. I don't think that it is right, by any sense, but that is the world they live in, and being nice isn't going to convince them that they are wrong.
  8. What the theories seem to forget is that a lot of countries sent unmanned probes to the moon, Japan sending one less then a year ago, and that we had more then one moon landing. Am I supposed to believe that all of them are fake, and that the whole mess surrounding Apollo 13 never existed? And that we spent millions upon millions to do absolutely nothing for it.
  9. I was playing through the Elven Garden Sewers, and I found a hidden Ayleid ruin. I found a giant Minotaur, and found an Ayleid Cleansing Shrine and a victory shield. I was wondering what mod it is from, and if anyone knows, where the voice of the minotaur/music during the fight comes from.
  10. Thank you. Is there any way to have Gem and Gem Dust work with FCOM?
  11. I never had problems with this quest, but I can see how it might cause some major trip-ups.
  12. load order: Whenever I try to grind flawed Topaz, it crashes. I don't want know whats causing this, so I am posting this here. Which mods can I Safely deactivate, as well, and maintain their functionality? I have a lot of mods, but use all of them, and I don't know/want to mess with merging mods. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also, do I have my loadup properly set-up with G and GD to have runeskulls appear or do I need an additional plugin?
