    I recently did a fresh install of Windows on a new hard drive after I saved my Steam games folder on another hard drive. I had to do a fresh install of NMM, too. When I moved them back and booted up NMM, all plugins were present but no mods showed up at all in the mods tab. The mods worked when I launched them with FNV4GB NVSE - but I'm not sure why this happens or how to fix it.
