I am doing a mod just for myself editing female followers weights, colors, head meshs, and face tints. I have also modified the tri files to modify races face traits. Everything is fine with every follower expect Serana. It's like she is ignoring the 00002b6c.nif file. She get the modification in the esp but the mesh file is totally ignored as the facetint file. I have seen other mods around that modify serana. I have downloaded em to uncover the secret but still i cannot understand, maybe i am a bit dense. Who can give me a tip? PS. For sure there is no mod conflict, my mod is the only one that changes serana. Checked with Tes5Edit

Thank you for helping me. Weight painting myself the model makes it become invisible ingame while i have other problems copying these information from a vanilla nif file (Nif scripts give me errors while importing skyrim nifs. Maybe its not up to date). Can i copy these weights information inside Nifscope?

Hi, i am trying to load a new mesh inside a nif file with nifscope. i exported the original obj from nifscope, modified the mesh with blender and then reimported the mesh. What i get ingame is this http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/5971/28896796.jpg i have followed every step suggested in the first post but i cannot understand where is the problem.
