Ability to edit collision on meshes!

I am having a similar issue with my mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8556? Uploaded files are showing up on my mod page at about 1/3 of the proper size, .rar files are corrupt and members cannot unpack the archives. Everything is working on my end and the upload process even gets to 100% without error, But the 3 times I have tried now the archive is corrupt when it is posted to the mod page.
