Guys I figured it out. It's the X-box DVR for windows. This worked for me without changing the name of the exicutables. You have to do the following. Open Registry Editor (Run > regedit) Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore Set the value of DWORD "GameDVR_Enabled" to 0 Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\ Create key "GameDVR". Create DWORD 32bit called "AllowGameDVR" and set to 0 Restart your computer.

Wow that actualy worked for me, not sure why.

I still have this problem. I have done everything I can think of. This is what I have done 1. Verified game integrity 2. Uninstalled the game deleted any loose files that were left over after uninstalling. This would mean all mods. 3. Uninstalled Nexus mod manager. 4. Deleted Fallout 4 files in my documents. 5. Turned off everything on my antivirus and fire wall. 6. Reinstalled a previous version of my graphics drivers. (I use the graphics driver uninstaller to make sure) Did I miss something? It is still crashing just trying to play with no mods whatsoever. :sad: Weird thing is it does it with skyrim too.

I have the same problem. I am using contraptions DLC and want to make ammo but all my copper spread out at different settlements. I just realized that I can't just grab the copper I have to build with it. Yes I guess I could build then scrap to get the components but that results in diminishing returns.

The 32 bit version is inconsistent with what is editable in the 64 bit. For instance dialogue from concord in the misc tab then every tab but greeting the 32 bit version is blank. I edited some lines in the 64 bit version and can't create the .lip file I need to finish.

Please, do not hijack threads like this. This is a completely different issue. Just grab a new bashed patch out of Oblivion\Mopy\Extras. Edit: OP, in the future, post your load order with Wrye Bash. It conveys more information. Right-click on the File tab and use the "List mods" function. Also, please post your Bashed Patch readme so that we can see what options you have chosen. You may have chosen tweaks that you should not have. Have you tried going through the patch and unchecking sections (not individual plugins or individual tweaks) to determine which section is causing the trouble? That would help figuring out this issue go much more quickly. I do not know what that .espf thing is either. I don't know where exactly to post this stuff. and I found the file. But for some reason the mod "All Natural Weather" is still not working and it was before I deleted the bashed patch file. I don't know if you have any experance with that mod or not. Yes I have tried going through the patch and unchecking sections. It should work just like it used to. But it's not. I attached the Readme. By the way tell me where I should post this kind of stuff. I Have a Problem. I was trying to get All Natural Weather Mod to work and was having problems. So I deleted the mod and in the process deleted the Bashed Patch in Wrye Bash by accident. So now I can't rebuild any patches. Does anyone know how to fix this. What I've done so far: -Reinstalled Oblivion. and deleted any remaining folders -Reinstalled Wrye Bash and Python. -Deleted The All Natural weather mod and Download and re downloaded it. And it still doesn't appear. I'm thinking it might have messed up the registry. Someone please help.
