  3. Hi all, I've an issue to attach a mesh to a bone node. In my linked zip there are two nif files. One is called highwayman.nif and has a car attached to a spine bone. I did this myself a few years ago. However, I can't figure out again how I did it. I need the same for a mesh in the new file v8interceptor.nif (also in the zip file). Anyone, who could help me on this? I think it's quite easy, but I haven't found a tutorial yet, that explained me what I need. Actually the V8 mesh should have the same node links like the highwayman and also should be in the exact same spot. If one is willing to help me on that or give me some clues how to do it, I would be very glad. Regards Yoss Edit: got it working now. Nevermind.
  4. Update: I fixed this issue by installing the latest nvidia driver. Game looks different now. Seems like a few graphic features haven't been applied before.

  6. My Pipboy has a black frame of dust on it's screen. In tutorial the character removes the dust from the Pipboy he finds, but he only partly cleans this up. It stays like this ever since. Is this supposed to be like this? I can barely read anything on this interface. Any fix available?
  7. Hello Anybody has an idea, how to change the enemy count on spawnpoints to give it more variations? Now it's always three of one type. I would like to change it to for example 1-6 to make it less predictable. If possible, also give more variations to the mix of enemys on a spawnpoint. For example 3 thin men with one muton.
  8. All it has is the Tamriel LOD, because previously they generated the world based on a tamriel hightmap. But they cut of the landscapes at the borders of skyrim and left only the LOD. I am pretty sure nothing is planed there. DLCs will be like they have been for Fallout3 and FNV I guess.
  9. Story, Characters and Quests are crap, but Enviroment is awesome. Same like with all other Bethesda games, but with the difference, that the enviroment is much more awesome... I just wish they had assign obsidian to do all the writings and quests.
  10. the commands "showbarbermenu" and "showplasticsurgeonmenu" from Fallout3 dont work anymore. ShowRaceMenu still work, but resets your stats.
  11. Game has a limit of maximum 7 textures per quad. Open heightmap-editor, go into renderview and hold button "i" to open up the texture menu. Here you can delete textures directly if the limit is reached already.
  12. Weighting and Rigging is not enough, you also need to create a entire new set of animations and skeleton... really, I doubt it's worth what it would take... beside that: Even if you could accomblish this, your mod still wouldn't be possible, because you can't place anything on top of a creature or actor. This is limited by the engine. So, your Idea having a Bighorner with a Cart and place your stuff on it just can not work, no matter how hard you try.
  13. Most modders are busy with modding or answer their comments and don't have much time to visit the public forums. To your problem: You can't just merge two complete different things with blender. You want to merge a static with a creature. Thats not possible, unless you body weight and rig the added object. This is something, that requires some serious 3d modelling skills. If you are beginner, the best is, to forget about it. Otherwise learn 3d tutorials about rigging. Something, not many people on this forums are capable of anyway and therefore mostly can't help you.
  14. Well, I don't have the time to poke around with everyone, who thinks he need to put his trash on the net. I always write detailed FAQs... if people not read it or unable to understand it, then it's not my buisness. Even they write a comment, mostly I don't answer them. It's just a waste of time. But, well everyone it's own view, but negative endorsements save the mods some work, what is the main reason why it exists.
  15. I for myself prefer, if people use negative endorsement instead of writing some crap in the comments, because negative endorsements are more or less anonym, so I don't care nor have to react to it.
