You should try out Smithbox. It's a similar tool. The author describes it as "a fork of DSMapStudio". With this tool I was able to edit my regulation.bin file without any problems.

Hello, would it technically be possible to create a mod, that allows the same camera movement in 3rd person with drawn weapon, as it is in 3rd person without a weapon? And if you aim at something, the character should automatically turn into that direction. I know there are some console commands like "animcam" or holding down the key for switching between 1st/3rd person, but those don't really work like I want them to.
