I always found it weird that when Arthur and John are bested in a brawl, they die, whilst every other person would be non lethally knocked out. I'd love to see a mod that makes the player black out and wake up hours later when beaten in a fistfight rather than dying, similar to the already vanilla function of blacking out when drinking too much alcohol.

Red Dead Online has a feature where you can dodge to the sides of your horse. It's similar to diving where you aim then jump in a certain direction, but on horseback. Problem is that it's locked to Red Dead Online due to it being a feature exclusive to the bounty hunter role, just like gun spinning. Would love to see a mod that adds horse dodging to single player.
