I use Quickstart - Skip the opening sequence [post='http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3325/?[/post] and i've used it before without issue. But now after adding a few newer mods every time i try to select female for the gender of any race the game CTDs. I can select Males and play as normal but for some reason the game crashes when i select the female gender. Here is my modlist: Any ideas?

Thanks a lot for the help guys, that seemed to make my game run smoother, i think my main problem was Interesting NPC's, i uninstalled that before your suggestions and the CTD's stopped upon entering Riverwood. considering it took upwards of 20 minutes to install 3DNPC's i figured it must be pretty taxing. Thanks again!

I have Wrye Bash but am not completely comfortable using it to sort my mods so perhaps if you know a good tutorial video for it you could copy a link for as well? Thanks for any input!!!

This is my BOSS log, SKSE, recognised, unrecognised in that order. The CTD occurs when i try to enter Riverwood so i'm guessing it's something that is incompatible with Expanded Towns and Cities which i have used before with no issues but i download the compatability ETaC patch and all. I know i have a lot of Mods, 195 total plugins so perhaps my system is just being overstressed?

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3325/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D3325&pUp=1 use this Mod, it skips the whole sequence until you disable it, just load it with NMM and every time you select "New Game" it will put you at the exit to the caves and asks you to select if yuo went with Hadvar or Ralof, also putting all the necessary items in your inventory from the Helgen Keep sequence (potions, weapons, etc.)

this happens to me as well, although the actual posted number for the damage varies in the inventory i never notice a change in my actual damage against NPCs

I have a CTD when entering Riverwood on a fresh game, as well as just the occasional random CTD. I don't know how to post the mod load order here (I know, i'm stupid), any help?

just a before i start the game thing, wasn't having many issues before and now that my files are cleaned up it should run even smoother

I organized my mod load order using BOSS and TES5EDIT with a mod load order guide from AngelOfPassion here on the nexus. Can anybody who knows about them just look at my load order and tell me if there's anything they'd change? The list is here: Thanks!

I use immersive animations and have my one handed swords placed on my hip but the animation has me drawing my sword from my back, any clue?

Wasn't able to find BOSS download on nexus so i never got it, i just got it and it's showing a lot of dirty edits i need to clean with TES5Edit which i do use but here is my log: file:///C:/BOSS/Skyrim/BOSSlog.html

All the Guards in my game started using daggers instead of the standard sword, does anybody know a mod that does this i may have downloaded? i've looked through mine and have not found out why this has happened

I have downloaded quite a few mods and keep them all active at the same time. My computer can handle the mods, as is evident that i play the game with no performance issues what ever (considering i have 80+ mods it runs almost identically to vanilla) yet sometimes in the game i'll do whatever action (always a random action) that isn't even related to a mod i've activated and i'll have a CTD, in a 4 hour play through i had 2 seemingly unwarranted CTDs. The first CTD was leaving Balimund's shop in Whiterun the game crashed 2 seconds after walking out. The second CTD was in bleak falls barrow after fighting some draugr, i opened my items menu (I use SkyUI) and it just crashed randomly. There were no performance issues before either crash or any other time in the game. Is anybody able to give me some feedback, tips, help, etc. ? Thanks!!

What is/are the best MOD(s) for enhancing the cities and towns of Skyrim in an actual content or size manner rather than just adding new textures to them?
