Theres not much to say anybody who loves the series knows how awesome a charcter he becomes and it would be great to run around skyrim with the rather dashing coat that they made for the tv series. http://awoiaf.westeros.org/images/1/1e/Jaime_Lannister.jpg

I turned off all the autosave functions ingame but it still crashes at exactly the same point. Anybody got any possible ideas? :wallbash:

Nope, a saved file does get created though but the game crashes when I load it :rolleyes:

Still having the same problem I noticed that its when the game makes an autosave that it crashes.

Strange never had a problem with other modable games before, i'll give it a go installing the game into a different directory then.

I was unsure if it would work at all on windows 7 so I tried a base install of just oblivion with the v1.2.0416 patch. I start a new game, create a character and then start in the dungeon like normal and about 5 seconds later the game will CTD instantly. I've tried installing the game in both ProgramFiles and the x86/Programs files folder but it still crashes I'm using just the original retail copy my system specs are: 64 Bit Windows 7 i7 965 Gtx 480 6GB Ram Is there somthing i've missed and needs to be done to get oblivion working on windows 7?
