  1. Modifying the HP, mobility, and sight directly seem to crash the game. Adding modifiers to it through ranks seem to not crash it, but I haven't tried to modify mobility beyond 2 points total, as I believe anything above 14 mobility might make the game buggy.

That's explains the the monsters, what about soldier HP? for me on classic it uses the easy setting as a modifier :o

  2. I noticed there is an issue with the difficulty settings regarding character stats (BalanceMods_Easy, BalanceMods_Normal, BalanceMods_Hard, BalanceMods_Classic)

When trying to modify classic mode, I discovered this:

There doesn't seem to be a way to modify the starter soldiers HP.

Soldiers bought after the start of the game have their HP modified by "BalanceMods_Easy=(eType=eChar_Soldier"

Aliens seem to be modified by "BalanceMods_Hard=(eType=eChar"

Anyone else can confirm this with me?

Did you modify the base stats of the actual character?

    EDIT:

I just tested it. HP BalanceMods work fine on the starting soldiers. With starting soldiers, I mean the first 4 whom you start the campaign with.

I left the basic stats as default, my plan is to only modify classic mode, but it's proving to be quite a strange experience.

  4. BalanceMods_Easy

    BalanceMods_Normal

    BalanceMods_Hard

    BalanceMods_Classic

I've noticed something odd, when I change settings (such as HP, only one I've tested) for classic mode and then load or start a new classic game, the HP is unchanged for current and new soldiers. However, after some testing I noticed that classic mode uses stats applied by "BalanceMods_Easy".... which is odd. Anyone else noticed this and know if this applies to all stats (crit, aim etc)?

Also, regarding soldier progression (SoldierStatProgression), gains to base defence don't seem to show up on the soldier stat page, if they're even applying at all.

  5. I've been using a respawn mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17870) to avoid missing quests and having empty towns (due to deadly dragons and monster mod), but have run into a problem with this.

The respawn mod is causing the custom inventories of my followers (setup via the Ultimate Follower Overhaul mod) to clear out when the respawn event occurs (any objects that were orginially on them remain untouched).

What I could do with, is a mod that does exactly what the respawn mod does, but excludes NPCs that can be followers (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Followers).

    Any help would be appreciated!
