I have used Skyrim since 2011 with mods using nmm - but only a few mods. I recently started a new install but I am having problems with some mods. I installed SkyUI, unofficial update, Alternate start etc no problem I successfully installed the better map and notice board quests. I tried to install better males, According to nmm it is installed (there is a tick) but it is not listed in the plugin I also tried AFT which appears in the plugin but I cannot find the menu options in the game. My process is to download the file, then use nmm to find the 7z file and install it from there. I don't know how to start finding out what the problem is - any help is appreciated. I checked I have the latest SKSE64 and I checked with Loot - which shows no problems but of course does not find the problem mods.
