Can not get GenerateFNISforUsers executable to load.

Just thought I'd add that I have this exact issue. I've tried everything I can think of to no avail. The strange thing is the generatefnisformodders.exe runs just fine but GenerateFNISforUsers.exe refuses to launch. :(
