I´m using a PS4 Controller with InputMapper, afaik XCOM 2 will only support the Steam Controller. Left Stick - cursor Right Stick - WASD X - Left click O - Right click Square - Space ,open first ability,usually target enemy Triangle - F2 ,next ability (i´m using a mod to cycle abilities with F1 and F2) PS Button - Y ,overwatch Share Button - R ,reload weapon Touchpad Button - Ctrl ,set waypoints Options Button - ESC L/R Trigger - Shift/Tab ,cycla soldiers or targets L/R Bumper - Q/E ,rotate cam Pad Up/Down - T/G ,zoom Pad Left/Right - F/C ,cycle building level Right Stick Button - Alt ,hold to move free cam with left stick Left Stick Button - Middle mouse click (tactical zoom out) (free camera rotation + no edge scrolling mod recommended) Axis tweaking might take some time...;) I prefer going for a high curve,low deadzone and lowish sensitivity, so the cursor speeds up the more you push the stick. This works fine without any further XCOM2 .ini tweaks.

Thanks for the tip to remove distortion. Is there an easy way to remove or hide the white concealment vignette,too? Seems like there´s no option in the DefaultUI.ini...

Had a similar issue, try this: Go to your games, right click Skyrim -> properties. Under the "local files" tab click "verify integrity of game cache". Takes some time, but it redownloaded and replaced some files for me, then it worked.
