So I'm looking at sword arts like Seppuku, Taker's Flame etc. and while I can find the arts in the regulation.bin file, I can't find the corresponding sections that govern their damage, reach, spell effect etc. Can anyone help with that?

I'm interested in this as well. I couldn't find anything in the regulation.bin file that seems like it would do this.

I take it this is a different type of editing than altering the regulation.bin file?

Can't download anything either. And I'm using OpenDNS. I'm surprised that whatever DNS changes that were made have not propagated through OpenDNS yet.
