  1. I would still like to see a Mod to let you remove the items so you can store them for later; such as when you don't want to get to a quest until later or just want to hang onto holos for later re-listening. Hell even just so you don't have to keep scrolling through the damn things when trying to get to something else! That and I prefer to avoid command console if at all possible, an actual Mod to resolve the issue would actually aid in immersion quite a bit...
  2. I'd really like to see weapons mods usuable by a wider variety of weapons. All ranged weapon should be able to get an extended clip (except for revolvers) or a mod to improve durability or lower weight and certainly a scope option (Specifically I'd like to see a Laser-Type Scope for the Plasma Guns!). I think melee weapons should get sommods as well; improved materials, greater damage output, or for bladed weapons add a Shish-ke-bab Mod to add a fire effect to them (A Giant, Flaming Bumper sword would be some scary stuff!) or heck even add in sharpening stones to make them do more damage for X number of hits, or even a rocket-propelled head for the super-sledges!
  3. I doubt I'm the only one that has asked for htis but; I'd like to see a simple Mod to increase the number of caps Vendors have, tired of not being able to sell crap...8P FO3 had a great mod that let you choose the increase form 2x to 20x. Could someone Import that to FNV?
  4. Where are the FalloutNV.exe and launcher located? I can't find the FNV folder anywhere on my Drive...8P
  5. Dunno what happened but he left and took his Mods with him. Othe rpeople re-posted afterwards. I'd love to see a version that didn't need FOSE as FOSE has always jacked up my Game.
  6. The original Mod ws created by AlexScorpion who left and took all of his mods with him so unless someone else re-does it you likely won't see it again anytime soon.
  7. hrmm well that maybe why my saves haven't been screwed up again. Though i do have multiple quick saves now and several labelled #002...8P
  8. Anyone know where I cna tfind the Patch for PC that was released earlier this week? I can't locate it on Bethesda's Site. Or was it pushed out automatically so now download and install is needed?
  9. I asked because I expect that some of the file folder names will be the same and I wanted to make sure there weren't going to be any issues. I don't expect any issues but it was worth checking. Guess I'll ifnd out tomorrow!
  10. Anyone know if we will have to uninstall Fallout 3, GECK, FOMM etc....before F:NV can be installed?
  11. Autumn, Summer...heck make him a multiple personality so he could also be Winter and spring as well! I'll look into that DIY mod.
  12. Did I? No, no grudge but I think in the long version you would be forced to kill her. It occurs to me that you have to have the character wake up in Raven Rock after the end of the original Main Quest. Maybe attended by Colonel Summers instead of elder Lyons? Would have to alter the Broken Steel side-quests as well and replace Scribe Billingsly with an Enclave person, possibly Ana Holt?
  13. Adding/Subtracting any widgets may require some amount of remodeling but more to the point is that I don't have the skills necessary to make any changes, even simple re-textures or changing around stats. Stat-wise the Hellfire armor is the best in the game; best DR, no penalties to wear etc...And I think it's more interesting than the other Enclave armors or even the BoS-type Armors. But the colors and textures are kind of vanilla and boring, hence the request for retexturing.
  14. I've seen some interesting re-texturing of Hellfire armor but none that matches what I'd like to see; - Hellfire armor modified by the Rangers, complete with chips, dents, dings and scrapes as well as modified to fit the Rangers unique stylings and needs. - Hellfire armor modified by the Outcasts with the same rusty red shoulders and other red highlights. - Armor that looks like it's been patched and repaired by pieces of tin cans, corrugated roofing, steam-whistle, exhaust pipe and possibly some duct-tape or such. - A squeaky clean white or brushed-steel prototype. - A version Modified into Hellfire Tesla armor complete with the Vacuum Tubes and electrical sparking. - A Steampunk Version...or more so (lots of brass and steam vents. Just some ideas that I haven't seen done yet. I wish I had any kind of ability with 3-D modeling and meshes so I could do this stuff myself...8P
  15. Hey all; I have a Request for an Alternative option for the end of Broken Steel and the Main Quest: It starts when you talk to president Eden. If you are Evil or Neutral then in addition to the option to infect the water supply with the FEV virus he gives you an option to Join the Enclave. Should you accept all Enclave troops in Raven Rock and in the wastes turn friendly while all BoS and Outcasts turn unfriendly as well as some others (Ghousl in Underworld and posisbly Rangers and Regulators. Your karma will be set to Evil if you are Neutral. You will gain access to any munitions stored in Raven Rock and in any of the Enclave camps in the Wastes. --OR-- Again if your are Neutral or Evil Colonel Summers give you the option to join the Enclave at the purifier after you fight your way in (Less need to modify the Liberty Prime fight!). He doesn't care about the destruction of Raven Rock because he didn't like taking orders from an AI and thought that president Eden was too soft. If the character agrees to join he will be forced to kill Sarah Lyons (And any good companions with you as well.). This will instantly turn your Kharma to evil if Neutral. --And/Or-- If you refuse President Eden's initial Offer the Colonel offers you a second chance. If you accept and are good or neutral you kharma instantly sets to neutral. Either way you will be forced to Kill Sarah Lyons and any good companions accompanying you. After you accept and gather whatever items you want you will be given your own room/home to store any excess gear stored to that point. You will beg given access to a Vertibird that will fly you to any location on your Main Map (Though you will be jumped by BoS immediately if you land in front of any Facility they control!). You will then travel to the Jefferson Memorial to help the Enclave activate the Purifier then help defend it against Liberty Prime. You will be given a Laser Target Designator to use on Liberty Prime so the Vertibirds and other Artillery can stand-off ate a Distance to blow the Hell out of Prime and/or you can use a Fatman with a plethora of Mini-Nukes to whittle Prime down on your own (Which will be a lot easier if you already have the Experimental MIRV!) Once Prime is dropped you will be able to do the same side-quests the BoS gave you but working for the Enclave instead. Then you will have to break into the Citadel to find out the Brotherhood's plans to attack the Mobile Crawler. You will then have the option to follow the same subway system to Adams AFB but the ghouls will be partially repalced by BoS and Outcasts who have banded together to deal with the Enclave threat. Or you can skip the tunnels (And miss out on the Chance to collect a Tesla Cannon and possibly some other Unique gear.). Or you can take a Vertibird which is shot down is shot down and lands pretty much at the entrance to Adams AFB and forcing you to fight you way through BoS/Outcast-controlled Turrets and BoS/Outcast troops (Some armed with the tesla Cannon; the crate for which will not be in place.). Eventually you can reach the Control Tower and activate the Crawler door and fight through the Crawler but all Enclave troops are replaced by BoS and Outcasts though Enclave defensive forces will be present as well and you may well be caught in the Crossfire multiple times. In the end you can liberate the Orbital Control room, killing Sarah Lyons in the Process, and use the Platform to destroy the Citadel, or anyplace you like. [Note; if you destroy the Crawler anyway the all enclave forces will turn hostile as well as the BoS and the Outcasts. Great way to make pretty much every on the Wastes hate you, but also makes things a LOT more challenging!] I know this likely to be a large amount of work but I think it's a pretty cool twist on the Main Quest Line and one that should have been included with Broken Steel anyway.
