I also got this crap. Backing to olderversion of skse or removing it, dosnt help. Disabeling the mods using NMM or in Skyrim menu / Data Files, still crashing. Removing the Script dragon on the other hand did it. look at http://alexander.sannybuilder.com/?altname=skyrim_script_dragon
