When galloping (going fast), the stance of the follower should change. Your follower's body should lean forward and her head should lean a little bit down, so that her head doesn't collide. This is probably the best way to handle the collision problem.

Could someone make mod that makes a portal to all of the Daedric Realms the Daedric Lords reside in? It could just be a small world as small as a floating rock barely big enough to fit 10 Dremora with the color palette changed (red, blue, green) with some little asset changes like (added grass, trees, etc). The portals could be summoned by the player after learning the spell from a spellbook or after completing a Daedric quest.
