    This problem is because Bethesda has created there own load mod manager within the game you can still use the NMM but you still have to sign up with Bethesda unless the good folks who work on the NMM can figure a way around.

    Yes I only get a list of six mods no longer work but if I continue and load the game all mods are gone.

    If you downloaded the 1.9 beta patch from steam that's exactly what happens. I opted out of the beta to return to normal.
