  1. I had the same problem, crashing literally within seconds of start-up before the first slide. I tried starting with fomm and the normal launcher, putting fix .ddl files in, making sure my .ini was properly configured, checked FO3edit for incompatibilities and made patches, tried loading with just the official dll and only FO3, downloaded the latest official patch, tried the unofficial patch, restarted my computer, ensured I had the latest versions of FOMM and FOSE, going into properties and running comparability packages, running as administrator, and even completely reinstalled Fallout, my DLC, and mods and NOTHING worked. I was just able to finally fix it though, I uninstalled Fallout 3, cleaned my registry files with Ccleaner, reinstalled Fallout in a folder other than the default directory, FOMM, FOSE, and patched to 1.6.
  2. Looks freaking awesome, can't wait till it's done. Pinball, I think the ghouls would be a bit touchy about someone walking around acting like they have the plague, it's not like their very presence is dangerous. No, I think a better idea would be to just add a box behind the reception counter right outside underworld or in one of those storage closets in the room with all the feral ghouls (The one before the Lincoln room.) like a new exhibit they didn't get around to putting up before the bombs dropped.
  3. As pinball said, it should be placed somewhere relevant like the Museum of History and you could give said history lesson to them through a visitors info terminal. Or one of the residents could sell it to you or something.
  4. They where English doctors during the bubonic plague, they where a real life entity. Also, for anyone making this outfit, some info from wikipedia for historical accuracy. Also, there was mention of variations, so here's one I've always liked if you can get the artists permission. http://ursulav.deviantart.com/art/The-Taxman-81995802
