Hey guys, It's been a few years since I've been on the nexus or even done any sort of modding so I'm a bit rusty. Now I decided to boot up Morrowind for a little bit and try some modding again and I ran into a bit of an issue with soul gems. My question is this: Is there any way to modify the capacity of a soul gem make it infinite use? If there is then where should I look? I kind of want to try my hand at making soul gems out of other objects....kind of like that soul gem fruit from Oblivion. Thanks in advance.

Why are mods getting so few Endorsements?
Rendan replied to TheGrimblade's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
.....Seems like you'll only see endorsements if you make borderline porn mods.....kinda sad too since a lot of amazing mods get tossed under the bus because people are perverts. -
I'm pretty much done with this garbage. On one hand you've got a group that supports paid mods stating that modders should be able to make money off of their work......while Valve and Bethesda claim all the dosh without any work on their part. On the other hand you have a group advocating free mods with the argument that mods have always been free and need to remain that way......and then vilify any author that even thinks of trying to make some cash and then run them out of the community. Then there is the third party advocating donation buttons.......but lets be honest here folks....the majority of people that suggest that will usually never donate a single cent to the author. In short? This whole 'war' is BS and everyone needs to grow the hell up.

They probably did that to take care of all of the ASCII middle fingers.......I haven't seen that many since Google bought Youtube. There is too much toxicity going on in those discussions anyway. It's one thing to complain but that is just nuts.

Day 1 patches, fixes, cure for the slowness and NMM temporarily down
Rendan replied to Dark0ne's topic in Site Updates
In response to post #10413656. Give it a day or two and it should be working fine. It's probably associated with the bugs that came with the site update. -

In response to post #10413058. Eh it should be working soon. I mean you can't really expect updates to be flawless. -

Guys calm down they'll get the NMM up and running properly as soon as they can. They've done such a great job but every time one little problem pops up people forget all about it and start whining about how poor of a job they're doing. Seriously just sit down and read a book or something. -
BLOG PIECE: Nexus moderation system overhaul, etiquette and ethos

This was a very good read and it's great to see that you guys are stepping things up. -
Alright I'm gonna get right to the point here and list my issues. I started up Skyrim again yesterday after not playing it for a few months. There seems to be an issue when I return to Isran after recruiting Gunmar and Sorine where he takes you to talk to Serana. Well the problem is Serana isn't there but all the way back at Castle Volkar. Now that part is easy to fix since I can just use 'prid' and then 'moveto player' but anyway that's bugging the crap out of me. The other one is when I have to find the Moth Priest. Everything plays out ok until I get to the carriage wreck....the problem? There is no wreck to be found...literally nothing is there, no corpses, letter, nothing.... Now I'll check off what I already know about this. 1. It has nothing to do with my mods or load order since it was working just fine a few months ago and I haven't added any new mods. 2. I've tried a clean save and still got the same results. 3. I went with a last ditch effort to do a complete re-installation of the game and there was no change whatsoever. Anyway if anyone has any information please let me know. I'm kinda bummed that I can't play Dawnguard right now. And thank you for your time.

I'll admit it did get boring after I beat it a couple times. I can't wait to see what mods get created so I can have a fresh adventure :)

11th birthday, 1 million NMM unique downloads, and a download overhaul

Too tired to give a long winded congratulations so I'll keep it short. Congrats! You guys have earned it. -
This is definitely what I was looking for. Thank you very much for the information.

Scripting is one thing I'm trying to get better at so I'm wondering if someone can help me with a script that allows more than one follower. I've seen some of those multiple follower mods but I just want something that changes the follower count...nothing more.

Hehe I think my problem was that I got the Linked Ref keywords messed up.

So I'm trying to add a weapon plaque to a wall but every time I use it my weapon seems to be floating in the air..... Anyone have any solutions because I know I'm doing something wrong....
-
I've managed to play it since release and I've never had any problems.
-
Alright guys I found an easy fix for it. 1. Start up steam. 2. Go to your library and find Skyrim. 3. Right-click on it and select properties. 4. Go to the Local Files tab. 5. Click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'.... 6. Let it do it's thing. 7. Start Skyrim back up and play. Oh and right after I did that the game patched so I don't know if it's thanks to the patch or if it's what I did so good luck to you guys and hope this helped.
-
Yeah you guys aren't the only ones. I was playing it last night and I shut down my comp around 2 am. So I got up at around 10 am and when I try playing it, it will go back to the 'Play' screen..... so yeah you guys aren't alone....kinda funny that it was working fine at 2 am but it won't work 8 hours later.....

Hello all, I'll get right down to what I need. I've been messing around with each origin and was wondering if someone can make a mod that changes all of the temporary companions into regular companions that level and can be chosen in the party menu. I kinda miss having Gorim, Merril and the others around  Honestly I've tried doing it myself but the toolset is more confusing that the one for Fallout and Oblivion. If someone can make this then I would be grateful. *I've even used a save editor but it messes up when I talk to them. I couldn't get them to level or choose them in the party picker either.* :wallbash: Heck If I can get some instructions on how to do it myself then that would be great as well. Thanks to anyone who can do this for me.

yeah it looks like its there so your friends don't get fried when you go into the strip or something.
-
Heh ok so I was fooling around with geck and was thinking about creating a follower. Well when I went to the Actor section to see what factions and stuff the companions had.....well lets just say I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. Anyway when I looked at their faction it said that they were apart of the Don'tTazeMeBroFaction. I don't know if it's supposed to be a joke but I thought it was pretty damn funny.

A Doctor Companion, please, please.

Arcade is gay so the easiest way to recruit him is to have the Confirmed Bachelor perk. -
well there was the iPip for Fallout 3 so I'm pretty sure someone will make something like that for New Vegas and yeah the music gets old after 20+ hours.
