This idea could still be feasible could it not, more incentive to kill dragons or raid dungeons and I'f your not an enchanter this could be another option I mean personally I would love to see a feature like this.

What about wings for gliding or not possible? Just imaginig jumping off a cliff face in the dark of night landing on some poor unsuspecting npc muhaha bit like van helsing or something?
